Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders will be shipped freight prepaid and charges will be added to the invoice. Currey will not charge the credit card associated with the order until the order has shipped. Custom and other special orders may require a deposit before shipment.
Unless your purchase order is noted "Ship Complete" in the Order Notes during checkout, we will ship your order as the products becomes available. International shipments will automatically be held to ship when complete unless otherwise requested. The ship date quoted by your sales representative or Currey & Company staff is an estimate only. We will always do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information.
Shipping Rates
Freight is calculated based invoice total and the “ship to” address. Currey reserves the right to select carrier of choice.
Customers can choose to ship via third party with a carrier of their choice.
Freight rates for all other destinations not covered on the map above must be determined with a freight quote.
Faux bois freight is calculated with an additional 17% charge to the base zone percentage rate.
Damage or Shortage
Currey & Company carefully inspects and packs each order before consigning it to a freight carrier.
Please comply with the following procedure diligently upon delivery of your order:
- Upon delivery, inspect the contents of the order immediately. Inspect all deliveries with the delivery driver present.
- Notify your carrier immediately to report any damage or shortage.
- Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Failure to notate such damage will result in your loss. Releasing the delivery driver and signing delivery receipt "Subject to inspection", may result in your loss.
- If such a loss or damage does occur, save the carton and packing material.
- Notify Currey & Company immediately to report any damage or shortage. We will not be liable for damages reported after five business days post-delivery.
- Photographs will be required to validate a damage claim and determine the best course of action to resolve the issue.
Returns
All returns must be authorized in writing and in advance by Currey & Company. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns are authorized through our corporate office. Please fill out this form and contact your Account Executive for assistance at 678.533.1500. Merchandise claimed to be defective may be inspected by our sales representative in your territory and a local repair authorized if we choose. If it is not cost-effective to inspect or repair locally, a replacement will be offered.
Merchandise authorized to be returned due to defect will be inspected upon receipt. If after inspection is completed and the product is found to be free of defects the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the return freight.
Currey & Company requires a Return Authorization Request form to be completed for all returns. Any merchandise returned without the following form will not be accepted. Contact Customer Service for further instructions. Please download the form below.
Pick-Up Policy
- Appointments are required for all pick-up orders. Please do not show up without an appointment.
- All orders must be paid in full before appointment is scheduled.
- Once the order is complete (in stock), you will be contacted to schedule an appointment.

- You will be notified by phone and email as a reminder of your scheduled pickup. Orders not picked up after 3 business days of the initial scheduled pick up will be returned to stock.
- Customers will be charged a 25% restocking fee if the appointment is not rescheduled, and the order is returned to stock.
- Currey & Company is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. Be sure to inspect merchandise for any visible damage to the outer carton before leaving the warehouse.
- Please note our invoices display wholesale pricing.
- Be sure the size of your vehicle can accommodate item(s) being picked up.
- It is your responsibility to properly secure and tie down merchandise to your vehicle if needed. We will assist in loading and unpacking as needed. There is a $35 fee to unpack crated items. Faux bois items cannot be uncrated.
